gettingslim-Hello from N.Y!! I am in PA.
I know this can work. I have a buddy in England who lost about 150lbs in around 10 months using this system. It might take some time and some effort (being really focussed on the 4 rules for a while until they become a part of you) but it can be done. So glad you joined in the forum. Please let us know how you are doing!!!

Jersey girl here.

I left something on my plate yesterday evening too.

Is this going to work for us? Who knows but it's worth a try, it seems to work for some people!

Well, I personally know that I can no longer diet. Whenever I start on another diet program I also start binging. So, for me, PMK is the way to go. There are a lot of success stories in England from people who have used the system there. I know this can work but you have to be patient and change your way of thinking about food. Good luck everyone!!
