thanks Miss!!!
I read once that PMK's system has something like a 70 -80% success rate -which is much higher than any other diet programs out there. And, if it doesn't work for you at first but you keep trying, people will eventually master it and lose their weight. So, just keep trying!! You will get there!!!

Hi all. I'm skeptical about this program but here I am at least finding out something about it.

Hi all!

I also just saw PMK's first and second episodes and I'm starting his program today. It's so great to find a support group because aside from the program itself, it's the cornerstone of any lifestyle change. I also want to say to Ella that I too have had bad programming and have been anorexic and bulimic most of my life. Right now I'm in Nursing school and the stress from everything has pushed me to gain 35 pounds in 18 months. I just hope this program can help me before I'm permanently programmed incorrectly. I will keep you all up to date on how my progress is doing. BTW, I weigh 203.

Hi everyone! I've watched the first 3 episodes of Paul's show on TLC. I live in Western Canada and have been overweight since college. Ideally I'd like to lose 125 pounds but would just be really happy to not have to shop at the fat lady stores anymore.
I tried eating consciously for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and couldn't believe how little I actually ate when I paid attention! We had a dinner party and I only ate half of my steak, about 1/2 cup of roasted potatoes, one piece of baguette and a bowl of caesar salad. Normally I would've polished off the whole thing and gone back for more and eaten half the bread by myself!
Also, the motivation thing really works! I tried it the other day during the show and ended up turning the show off halfway through, cleaning up the kitchen, vacuuming, and going for a walk instead of watching the tv for hours! Paul, you're amazing!
