Posts: 4 | I found out about this site today and was asked to post something so new people can benefit from my experience. Well, I started my journey in November 2007 after reading Paul McKenna's book, which was a gift from my boyfriend. I thought it was psychobabble at first and ignored it. Then a while later I saw him on tv and it reminded me to read that book. That's when my whole relatioinship with food changed as I no longer have cravings any more EVER. It feels sp natural to me, I don't miss comfort food. I've lost 3 stone and 2 pounds in total and feel happier than ever. I recommend the program to anyone who wants to lose weight and feel good. |
