Posts: 4 | I have a hard time believing people can think themselves thin. If you still eat too much, you're gonna stay fat. What I'm interested in is a way to stick to my diet. Can hypnosis be used to programme people to stick to a diet? Does Paul McKenna have any techniques for that? |

Posts: 4 | Hiya Paul seems to use TFT for this type of thing- if you check out his site- Paul McKenna McKenna USA Home look on the left hand side for video techniques- and that will give you a starting point- From a different stand point- I would suggest doing a google video search for DR. Bruce Lipton as some kind sole as posted his Biology of belief lecture- which would give you a insight into how beliefs create change at the level of biology- his book by the same name would be worth a read as well. Posts: 1 | I think if you look over Paul's method there's as much in there about what you do as what you think. He doesn't say you can eat "too much" and get thin. He does say this method works where diets do not, so you probably won't find too much on here about "sticking to" a diet. And belief really isn't necessary as long as you're willing to follow a few simple guidelines in the spirit of experimentation and see what happens. |
