Posts: 23 | jms-I do not know everything about hypnotherapy but I have several Paul McKenna CDs and his would not just do that. He is very good at helping people find what triggers their issues. I had been a compulsive over eater for years and his emotional eating CD not only made me stop doing that but helped me to understand why I had been using food to deal with emotions. So, again, I don't know about other hypnotherapists, and smoking is not my personal issue, but Mr. McKenna's stop smoking would most likely be very different from your previous experiences with hypnotherapy. |
