I have actually been working his system since this time last year. I had some very bad programming due to my anorexic mother. So, I had trouble eating what I wanted and stopping when full (after years of not being allowed to eat, I just didn't want to stop). But, I have stuck with it for the last year and am starting to see real results. Also, I have a girlfriend in Englad who lost about 150lbs using his system. She is in her 50's and was over weight all of her life. She looks amazing now.
