Re: Can this be used to facilitate another diet? I think if you look over Paul's method there's as much in there about what you do as what you think. He doesn't say you can eat "too much" and get thin. He does say this method works where diets do not, so you probably won't find too much on here about "sticking to" a diet. And belief really isn't necessary as long as you're willing to follow a few simple guidelines in the spirit of experimentation and see what happens. |
